We’re excited to share another Swedish recipe today! This one is insanely simple (seriously, only 5 ingredients including salt and pepper) and so delicious.
If you’ve been here on our blog before, you’ll know that we love cinnamon buns. Our first ever recipe was for kanelsnegle (cinnamon snails), and we also posted a slightly more complicated version.
Savory buns don’t get enough hype. Sure, cinnamon and cardamom buns are one of the greatest things the world has ever given us, but savory buns deserve just as much credit.
These cardamom-spiced buns are probably one of our favorite sweet buns. And that’s hard for us to admit, as we’re Danish and these buns hail from Sweden.
Today is the last day of 2020, and we plan on celebrating by eating lots of good food! Generally, on New Year’s Eve, we love serving a variety of small appetizers and finger foods.
This is the BEST, most comforting drink you could possibly have in the winter months – Danish gløgg, also known as mulled wine. It’s delicious and warm, perfect for chilly weather!
Growing up in Denmark, one of our favorite memories was going into the woods with our grandfather to pick wild raspberries. Afterwards, our grandmother would make a large batch of raspberry jam!
