Summer means grilling season, and therefore it’s the perfect time to share one of our favorite ways to eat hot dogs! While regular hot dogs are delicious for sure, they’re pretty messy.
We may be a baking blog, but that doesn’t stop us from sharing recipes that we love, whether or not they go in the oven. And now that we’ve talked lots about how summer calls for ice cream, we must admit that above all else, it calls for cold drinks!

There is no better time of year to eat fish than in the summertime. In Denmark, we love to go down to the harbor and enjoy some fresh fish or fiskefrikadeller at a local restaurant, always followed by an ice cream.
Growing up, we used to spend most of our summer breaks back in Denmark. And in our minds, nothing quite compares to a summer spent by the water up in the northwestern part of Sjælland, where we grew up.
