As March starts to wind down over the next week and a half, we are very much looking forward to the start of spring. The change of seasons is always exciting, but winter to spring always feels the brightest.
Although it is certainly not spring weather yet here in the UK or the US, it is that time of year where we are always hoping for a bit of sunshine to peek through the dreary end of winter.
It’s mid-May and the weather is slowly starting to get warmer here in America and the UK. I think that it is a simple fact that when the sun comes out, we all start to crave ice cream.

Happy Easter weekend! We love Easter because, for us, it really marks the beginning of spring. Flowers are starting to bloom, trees are turning a beautiful shade of green, and the sky is blue again! We aren’t religious, so that side of it does not play into the holiday for us, but of course, for many, it does.
