While we originally posted this dip recipe a couple of years ago with our recipe for knækbrød, we wanted to give it its own moment and some new pictures! And we thought there was no better time than the holidays to share this with you, as you can easily whip up a batch to serve as an appetizer or snack.
At least here in the UK, we got a nice taste of spring over this past Easter weekend. It was beautifully sunny but still cool enough for a light jacket, or what I call the most perfect temperature that exists.

This is a dish we grew up eating at our grandmother’s house in Denmark on our summer vacations. Personally, I didn’t warm up to the idea of parsley sauce until later in life, but my siblings were always on board.
There is no better time of year to eat fish than in the summertime. In Denmark, we love to go down to the harbor and enjoy some fresh fish or fiskefrikadeller at a local restaurant, always followed by an ice cream.
