Gløgg is mulled wine – an absolutely classic winter and autumn drink. In Denmark, it is typically consumed around Christmastime, and the more common version is made with red wine.
We may be a baking blog, but that doesn’t stop us from sharing recipes that we love, whether or not they go in the oven. And now that we’ve talked lots about how summer calls for ice cream, we must admit that above all else, it calls for cold drinks!
This is the BEST, most comforting drink you could possibly have in the winter months – Danish gløgg, also known as mulled wine. It’s delicious and warm, perfect for chilly weather!
