Ingredients
1mediumonion, finely chopped
2tbspbutter (for cooking)
225gramssour cream
115gramscream cheese, softened
4tbspchopped fresh dill
4tbspchopped fresh parsley
1tspgarlic powder
1tbsplemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Make sure your cream cheese is softened so it's easier to mix in with the other ingredients!
Prep the onion by peeling and finely chopping.
Add your butter to a pan and cook your onion over medium heat until caramelized and lightly brown, about 15 minutes. Add water to the bottom of the pan if needed as cooking to soften them quickly. Set aside to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, wash and chop the dill and parsley.
Add sour cream and cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Whisk together if needed, but usually we just mix it with a spoon to combine.
Add in dill, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the sour cream mixture.
