Today, I wanted to share with you some of the recipes that we have been using over the past few months. Our last “Five Recipes We Are Loving” was actually back in October, and we have definitely tried out some good recipes since then.
This week’s list includes some home workout inspiration, a fun cooking project, spring and all that it brings with it, and more!
At least here in the UK, we got a nice taste of spring over this past Easter weekend. It was beautifully sunny but still cool enough for a light jacket, or what I call the most perfect temperature that exists.
It is April now, which means that Easter is right around the corner, as is spring. We are so
excited to be coming out of the darkness of winter, which this year has seemed particularly
long.
This week’s favorites involve running, a physical planner to help organize your ideas, easter candy, and spring baking ideas!
If you are a lover of Danish food like we are, then you may be familiar with frikadeller, or Danish meatballs. These are their very own unique dish and quite different from Swedish meatballs.
As March starts to wind down over the next week and a half, we are very much looking forward to the start of spring. The change of seasons is always exciting, but winter to spring always feels the brightest.
Although it is certainly not spring weather yet here in the UK or the US, it is that time of year where we are always hoping for a bit of sunshine to peek through the dreary end of winter.
