Fluffy, freshly baked rolls fresh out of the oven. Cut in half and topped with any of the following: butter, jam, cheese, Nutella, peanut butter, etc. Need I say more?
Summer means grilling season, and therefore it’s the perfect time to share one of our favorite ways to eat hot dogs! While regular hot dogs are delicious for sure, they’re pretty messy.

Last week, we posted a recipe for landbrød, or country bread, that has quickly turned into one of our favorite bread recipes ever. For us, bread recipes are all about simple ingredients that create something wonderful.
As you can probably tell by looking through our website, even if just briefly, we’re Danish and American. So of course, most of our recipes are our take on Danish baked goods.
Like many others, we found some solace in baking sourdough over the course of the pandemic. It’s a satisfying process, leavening your bread with a starter that you create from scratch.
As spring starts to turn into summer here in North America, we’re enjoying the warmer weather and much-needed Vitamin D! We’re also looking to make some more summery recipes.
Personally, I won’t ever get enough of developing recipes for bread rolls. They’re so fun to make and the variations are endless! Today’s recipe is for chokoladeboller, or chocolate rolls.
